Mr. Paulo Rocca serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Tenaris S.A. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Siderca, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tamsa and Siat, Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dalmine, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of San Faustin and Confab. In addition, he acts as Chief Executive Officer of the Techint Group, Director of Industrial Investments BVI and Tecpetrol, Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of Siderar and Member of the Board of Directors of Amazonia. He was employed by the Techint group in 1985 as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techint Financing Corporation. In 1986, he became a Member of the Board of Directors and, in 1990, Executive Vice Chairman of Siderca. He holds a degree from Universita degli Studi di Milano and a degree from Harvard University.

Mr. Ricardo Soler serves as Chief Financial Officer of Tenaris S.A. He also serves as Managing Director of the Welded Pipe Operations and Executive Vice Chairman of Confab and Siat. He started his career in the Techint group in 1974 as Planning Analyst at Siderar.

Mr. Guillermo Francisco Vogel Hinojosa serves as Vice President of Finance of Tenaris S.A. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He acts as Vice Chairman of Tamsa, Estilo y Vanidad and the American Iron & Steel Institute, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the North American Steel Council and Grupo Collado. In addition, Mr. Vogel acts as Member of the Board of Directors of Amazonia, Instituto Latinoamericano del Fierro y el Acero and of HSBC Mexico.

Mr. Carlos San Martin serves as Chief Technology Officer of Tenaris S.A. He was appointed to the position in October 2002. He also serves as acting Honorary Chairman of NKKTubes. He joined the Techint Group in 1968 and has been Marketing Director of Siderca and Managing Director of NKKTubes. He also acts as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Noesur SA.

Ms. Cecilia Bilesio serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Tenaris S.A.

Mr. Alejandro Lammertyn serves as Director of Sales of Tenaris S.A. He served as Supply Chain Director of the Company from October 2002 untill 2007. He began his career with Tenaris in 1990 as a Special Projects Analyst in Siderca.

Mr. Marco Radnic serves as Director of Human Resources of Tenaris S.A. He was appointed to the position in December 2002. He began his career in the Industrial Engineering Department of Siderar in 1975. Later he held several positions in the Technical Departments of Siderca and Techint. In 1996 he became Commercial Director of Dalmine.

Mr. German Cura serves as North American Area Manager of Tenaris S.A. He has held this post since 2006, and previously served as Director of Sales of the Company. He was first employed at Siderca in 1988. Previously, he served as Exports Director of Siderca, Exports Director of Tamsa, Chairman of Algoma and Director of Tenaris Oilfield Services business unit.

Mr. Guillermo Noriega serves as South American Area Manager of Tenaris S.A. He was appointed to the position in 2000. He also serves as Managing Director of Siderca. He began his career at Siderca as an Industrial Engineer in 1981. Before joining Tenaris S.A., he served as Director of Sales of Siderca for the Argentinian market.

Mr. Vincenzo Crapanzano has been European Area Manager of Tenaris S.A. since January 2004. He also serves as Managing Director of Dalmine. Previously, he served as Mexican Area Manager of Tamsa SA. Prior to joining Tenaris, he held various positions at Gruppo Falck from 1979 to 1989. He also serves as Operations Director of Falck SpA.

Mr. Marcelo Ramos serves as Quality Director of Tenaris S.A. He also serves as Managing Director of NKKTubes and Japanese operations at Tenaris S.A. He joined the Techint Group in 1987.

Mr. Sergio De la Maza serves as Central American Area Manager of Tenaris S.A. He first joined Tamsa in 1980. He also worked in Dalmine from 1983 to 1988.

Mr. Renato Catallini serves as Supply Chain Director of Tenaris S.A. He also served as Procurement Director of the Company. He started his career at Tenaris in 2001 in the supply management area, as General Manager of Exiros Argentina. In July 2002, he was appointed Operations Director and subsequently, in January 2005, he became the Managing Director of Exiros. Before joining Tenaris, he worked for 10 years in the energy sector, serving for TGN, Nova Gas Internacional, TransCanada Pipelines and TotalFinaElf.

Mr. Sergio Tosato serves as Industrial Coordination Director ofTenaris S.A. He was appointed to the position in 2003. He first joined Dalmine in 1974 in the personnel organization area, and has held many positions within Tenaris, including Director of Operations in Siderca and Manufacturing Director in Dalmine.

Mr. Carlos Pappier serves as Planning Director of Tenaris S.A.

Mr. Caludio Leali serves as Managing Director of Japanese Operations of Tenaris S.A.

Mr. Roberto Bonatti serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Tenaris S.A. He has been on the Company's Board since January 1, 2003. He also serves as Chairman of San Faustin and Tecpetrol, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of Industrial Investments BVI, Siderca and Siderar.

Mr. Carlos Manuel Franck serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Tenaris S.A. He has been on the Company's Board since January 1, 2003. He also serves as President of Santa Maria and Director of Tecpetrol, Industrial Investments CI, Amazonia and Siderar.

Mr. Gianfelice Mario Rocca serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Tenaris S.A. He has been on the Company's Board since January 1, 2003. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of San Faustin, Techint-Compagnie Tecnica Internazionale SpA, Techint SA de CV and Techint Cimimontubi SpA. He serves as Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Executive Committee of Industrial Investments BVI, Dalmine, Tamsa, Sirti SpA, Riunione Adriatica di Sicurta, Zucchi Vincenzo SpA and Cam Finanziara SpA. Mr. Rocca holds a degree in Physics from Universita degli Studi de Milano and a degree from Harvard University.

Mr. Carlos Condorelli serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Tenaris S.A. Before that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from October 22, 2002 till 2007. He began his career within the Techint Group in 1975 as an analyst in the Accounting and Administration Department of Siderar. He has also served as Director of Tamsa and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Empresa Distribuidora La Plata SA.

Mr. Alberto Valsecchi serves as Member of the Board of Tenaris S.A. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He joined the Techint group in 1968 and held various positions within Tenaris and the Techint group, including Managing Director of Siderca and Dalmine, as well as European Area Manager.

Mr. Guillermo F. Vogel serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Tenaris SA. He was appointed to this post on June 3, 2009.

Mr. Jaime Serra Puche serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Audit Committee of Tenaris SA. He has been on the Company's Board since January 1, 2003. He also serves as Partner in SAI Consultores SC, and Director of Fondo Mexico, Grupo Ferroviario Mexicano, Bardahl, Vitro, RMM Global Sourcing Solutions and Chiquita Brands. Mr. Serra Puche served as Mexico's Undersecretary of Revenue, Secretary of Trade and Secretary of Finance. He led the negotiation and implementation of NAFTA. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and a Masters degree in Economics from El Colegio de Mexico.

Mr. Amadeo Vazquez y Vazquez serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Audit Committee of Tenaris SA. He has been on the Company's Board since January 1, 2003. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telecom Argentina SA, Director of Gas Natural Ban, Vice Chairman of the Fundacion Mediterranea, Second Vice Chairman of Asociacion de Empresas de Servicios Privatizados and Third Vice Chairman of Camara Argentina de Comercio.

Mr. Roberto Luis Monti serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Audit Committee of Tenaris SA.
