School promised the 'same benefits' as federal loans in a letter at the beginning of school courses on their privite loans.
It is now time to begin payments. Tried to consolate in July. Could not because they were not Federal. Interest varible and about 5% higher than could have been if Federal.
Is there an agency that polices truth in lending?
