the first steps to putting your house on the market is start with the outside, like grooming your lawn.a clean yard even if plain, makes for a potential buyer.work your way from outside in.the smallest things can make or break for the selling of a property. you should not have to go all out with all name brand products to do any interior work either like, painting the walls a nuetrel color so the potential buyer can already visualize the way they themselves would have it.the simplest things will help sell your home.

Others may be skeptical, but I got an offer on a house in
2 weeks after painting, replacing worn flooring and staining
worn kitchen cabinet doors. We had raised the price by the amount
I spent in the above. The landscaping was already
nice and the bottom line was a house that stood out among
others in the neighborhood.
