I think that the power companies will certainly benefit when cars go electric. The new green administration may prefer "darker green" sooner than a clean green immediately. Thats what has happened for the last 30 years with gasoline powered cars anyway.

My greatest concern for Duke Energy, Southern, or any other utility that uses fossil fuel to generate electricity is the "new green administration." What can we expect? Higher rates with lower profit margin?
