Beware of Tuition Management Systems for the following reasons:

1. They allow 0 days for a grace period and charge $30 if you are one day late.
2. They take up to 13 days to process paper checks.
3. They only accept paper checks and do not accept electronic payments even though they are a subsidiary of Key Bank!

I will look for an alternative next year. Due to these policies I owe 90 dollars in late fees for the first three months because I sent my payment ON the due date electronically. My bank then has to mail a check and TMS takes their time processing it. I had not one late fee for the two previous years, but now I am a profit center.
