My answer to the question is that people still do not want to discuss death and dying, before a crisis occurs, which is often too late. to this end I authored a book called Facing the Final Mystery: A Guide to Discussing End-of-Life Issues for the purpose of encouraging conversations and providing skills and ideas with which to do so.
