My answer to the question is that people still do not want to discuss death and dying, before a crisis occurs, which is often too late. to this end I authored a book called Facing the Final Mystery: A Guide to Discussing End-of-Life Issues for the purpose of encouraging conversations and providing skills and ideas with which to do so. It has not been easy to get people to read the book even if they have kindly purchased one or received one as a gift from a concerned friend. Visit my website, www.lauralarsen.com. Talk to you beloveds about what you want at the end of your life and learn what they want. Now. Laura Larsen RN
