When my Dad passed away in July 2001, Consumer Reports had just published a story about buying coffins on the internet. So I convinced my Mom to go this route as 1/2 off from funeral home. Well the funeral home gave us grief, and the internet seller gave me grief. Needless to say, the wrong coffin was delivered but nothing we could do about it as the viewing had already started. I am so happy to see this information to be armed when next I need a cheaper coffin.
