Recovery? Sure, but not Yet.. We have to get thru thie Qtrs And Next qtrs Earnings reports and expect some Bottoming along the way yet.

Another Good Buying Opportunity is Comming.. get ready for it..

Mortgage/Home Crisis, High Unemployement and Expecting higher taxes on the Horizon..

California brought their Mortgage problem on themselves, thru greed..and Nobody watching the store and enforcing laws.. $500k + for a Little Shack? Who R they kidding?

Looks like the former Hustlers from The Florida-Selling Condo's an Land Under water days just moved to California..

And I still haven't seen hardly any of those Mortgage Brokers, let along Real estate Agents being Charged with the FRAUD they committed....

and r laughing at the Justic System..
