The non-payment problem is worse than just 'malfunctioning' machines. Nevada casinos have tried to cheat table games players, too. Recent examples:

Soon this corrupt government will change. Corrupt senators, will be gone. Every candidate will have a set amount of money to campaign for an election. Ones that take money from the Gaming Industry comes with strings attached. We have our own private gaming industry, when you cheat a gambler, you are taken out back and hung. A hit man for the mob might lose his winnings to a glitch, I hope the gaming Industry families are safe
