Can you please send me my product key number? I have forgotten which email address I used to register.

We can access your information by using any one of the following information:

1. Your full name, or
2. SmartMoney.com registered email address, or
3. Name as it appears on the registered credit card, or
4. SmartMoney Username

Does the 30-day trial start when I register or when I download the application? Is billing on a 30-day cycle or on a calendar month basis? When are subscriptions renewed? What about cancellations?

The 30-day trial starts when you register for the service, and billing is handled on a 30-day basis. Subscriptions will not be automatically renewed. If you wish to continue using MapStation after the 30-day trial period expires, you will need resubscribe. A credit card is required upon registeration.

How can I cancel my MapStation service?

To cancel your service, please send an email to us with the following information:

1. SmartMoney registered email address.
2. Your name.
3. Name as it appears on the charge card.

I have questions about charges to my credit card. Who do I contact?

Please forward all questions regarding credit card charges to Customer Service. Be sure to include the following information:

1. Amount of the charge.
2. Date of charge.
3. Name as it appears on the credit card.
4. Brief description of the billing issue.

I would like to use another credit card for billing. Where can I change that information?

To change the credit card information you have on file with us, please send an email to Customer Service with the following information:

1. SmartMoney registered email address
2. Your name
3. Name as it appears on the credit card
4. Daytime phone number

A SmartMoney representative will contact you and make the changes via phone. Please note that for your own security, we recommend that you do not send credit card numbers via email.

MapStation with Delayed Quotes: $19.95/month
MapStation with Real-Time Quotes: $49.95/month plus exchange fees*

* Total Exchange Fees: $4.00/month

How do I change the type of quote service I am currently receieving?

To change from delayed quotes to real-time quotes or vice versa, please send an email to Customer Service with the following information:

1. SmartMoney registered email address
2. Your name
3. Name as it appears on the registered charge card
4. Service Change (delayed to real-time / real-time to delayed)
