How can I remove my email address from the mailing lists?
To remove your email address from the mailing lists:
1. Go to the Mailing List screen and check Leave from step 1.
2. Check the newsletters you wish to cancel.
3. Enter in the email address that is currently receiving the newsletters.
4. Click Submit to process your request.

What time of day are the daily and weekly email lists sent out?
Daily e-mails are sent out Monday through Friday at approximately 7pm. Weekly e-mails are sent out every Friday at approximately 7pm.

I am receiving spam e-mails from SmartMoney on travel deals, automotive specials, etc. Where are these agencies getting my e-mail address?
Please note that these mails are not random spam messages. When you registered for the e-mail updates, you enlisted under the SmartMoney Saver option. This option you selected provides you with deals through our advertisers. We have not provided your personal information to advertisers. Rather, the e-mail is coming directly from SmartMoney.

I tried several times to unsubscribe from the mailing list and all it tells me is that I am not scheduled to receive that list. Why am I still receiving mail then?
It is very common for users to receive mail under another e-mail account. You need to go into the user profile and see which e-mail account you have listed with us. If you continue to receive daily or weekly reports after unsubscribing, it is likely you are deleting the wrong e-mail address.

I just registered for the e-mail updates and SmartMoney sent me a verification e-mail. Why?
In order to reduce the number of bounce backs, we verify user's e-mail addresses to ensure that it will be sent to the right address. Once your e-mail is verified, you will not be asked again. However, if you change your e-mail address, it should be changed in your user profile to prevent delivery problems.
