How do I add or remove stocks from my Watchlist?
To add a security:
1. Click the Add button at the bottom of the table.
2. In the text box that appears, enter the desired ticker symbol and press Enter.

To delete a security:
1. Click the desired ticker symbol in the table.
2. Select Remove Symbol from the pop-up menu.

Why can't I view my Watchlist?
It's possible that you did not enable Java. Follow the instructions below to enable Java:

Netscape 3.x for PC:
1. From the Options menu, select Network Preferences.
2. Select Languages and check the Enable Java and Enable JavaScript options.
3. Click OK.

Netscape 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x for PC:
1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. In the left pane, select Advanced.
3. In the right pane, check the Enable Java and Enable JavaScript options.
4. Click OK.

Internet Explorer 3.x for PC:
1. From the View menu, select Options and in the window that appears, click the Security tab.
2. In the Active Content box at the bottom of the page, make sure all boxes are checked.
   (Note: You can also click the Safety Level button and select Medium to prevent warning-message interruptions).

Internet Explorer 4.x for PC:
1. From the View menu, select Internet Options and then click the Security tab.
2. Click the Internet icon to select a Web content zone.
3. Next, click Custom Level and in the Security Settings window, scroll down to the Java category.
4. In Java Permissions, uncheck Disable Java and select either High, Low or Medium Safety.
5. Next, scroll down to the Scripting category.
6. Select Enable for both Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets.
7. Click OK.
8. In the Internet Options window, click Apply and then OK.

Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x for PC:
1. From the Tools menu bar, select Internet Options and then click the Security tab.
2. Click the Internet icon to select a Web content zone.
3. Next, click Custom Level and in the Security Settings window, scroll down to the Java category.
4. In Java permissions uncheck Disable Java and check either High,Low or Medium Safety.
5. Next, scroll down to the Scripting category.
6. Select Enable in Active Scripting and in Scripting of Java Applets.
7. Click OK.
8. In the Internet Options window, click Apply and then OK.

Internet Explorer 4.x for Mac:
1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. Locate the Web-Browser category (near the upper-left-hand corner) and click Web Browser if it is not already open.
3. Click Java and make sure that Enable Java is checked.
4. Click OK.

Netscape 4.x and 5.x for Mac:
1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. Locate the Advanced category from the navigation box on the left and click Advanced.
3. Make sure that Enable Java and Enable JavaScript are checked.
4. Click OK.

What is the capacity of the Watchlist?
At the present time, the Watchlist can hold a maximum of 50 securities.

Is it possible to change the color scheme of the Watchlist?
Yes. The default color scheme is green/red. However, using the drop-down list located below the Remove/Update buttons, you can change the color scheme to either yellow/blue or white/white.

Can I list my Watchlist items in alphabetical order? Highest to lowest?
If you are running the Java version of the Watchlist, you can list your stocks in order according to the following categories:

* Alphabetical order (A-Z; Z-A): Click the Symbol button.
* Change (high to low; low to high): Click the Chg button.
* Price (high to low; low to high): Click the Price button.
* % Change (high to low; low to high): Click the % Chg button.

I click on the Watchlist, but nothing comes up. Why?

Be sure that you are logging in using the correct username and password. If you are having a problem with the username and password combination, send us an email with a description of the problem and the email address which you used to register. Please send us an email. No, the information is on a twenty-minute delay.

How do I get "My Stocks" listed in the homepage?
1. Under My Stocks on our homepage, click Customize Now.
2. Once in the Watchlist, login and select Save Password.
3. Click the Refresh or Reload button on your browser. This will allow you to view your stocks on the homepage.

Can I disable the sound on my Watchlist?
To activate or deactivate the sound option, click the sound icon (in the shape of a speaker) above the Color Scheme drop-down list.
