Concerns about the state of the typical consumer, rising inflation, an analyst downgrade and Home Depot's quarterly results caused a wide selloff in many prominent home-builder stocks for the second straight day.

: State Street announced the beginning of trading for the SPDR S&P Emerging Markets Small Cap fund on the American Stock Exchange. The ETF tracks an index of 1,600 companies in 26 countries that have a market capitalization of less than $2 billion.
