The SPDR Select Financials ETF (XLF) traded just over 200 million shares. However, 79 ETFs didn t trade a single share, according to Lipper.

Winners

Losers

The tech slide hit ProShares Ultra Semiconductors (USD), which closed down 9.7%. The financial sector pasting took down shares of the SPDR KBW Insurance ETF (KIE) by 6.1%.
